Autumn Events

Quirky Quizzes from Sat. Sept. 26th

5 members teams testing their senses of; taste, sight, sniffing, listening & touch plus traditional quiz rounds. Family fun. Prizes on the night & for highest scoring team overall. Next quizzes Oct 17th & Nov 28th.  


Entry Fee £5 per team.

Also planned: A trio of Bingo Nights in the spring and many more events, watch out for flyer's and future updates.

Annual events include:

Fun Run - takes place on the early May Bank Holiday Monday and includes a BBQ for all participants and spectators.

Beer & Cider Festival - takes place over the August Bank Holiday weekend, with a wide range of traditional ales and ciders. The weekend starts on the Friday evening and runs until Monday. Live music will normally be available on one of these, check for details nearer the time.  It culminates in the Family Fun day on the Bank Holiday Monday where the whole family can enjoy games and a BBQ.

Children’s Halloween fancy dress party - usually the nearest Saturday to Halloween. Check for details nearer the time

Bonfire Night and firework display with BBQ - always on November 5th and always spectacular.

Christmas Eve Disco.

New Years Eve - always on 31st Dec.  Check for details of live music and food nearer the time.

Other events are arranged throughout the year and details are posted at the Club and at various spots around the villages.  Keep an eye out!
